Enquiry privacy notice

We collect the contact details, property location and cleaning requirements you submit so we can respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange a walkthrough. Submitting a quote request does not sign you up for marketing.

How your request is handled

Your enquiry is stored in our website’s database and is available only through an authorised administrative account. Email notifications are addressed to tyler@coastwellcleaning.ca. Our hosting and email service providers process information on our behalf; processing may occur outside Canada.

The form uses a short-lived, essential security cookie, a bot-detection field and request limits. A protected hash of your network address is used for abuse prevention; we do not store the raw address in the enquiry record. Security records are cleared during normal form activity after their expiry.

Your choices

Phone numbers are optional. Please do not submit payment details, passwords, access codes or sensitive personal information. We keep enquiry records while needed for quoting, follow-up, service administration or applicable recordkeeping requirements.
